The Module of Legal Clinic aims at giving to students an opportunity to integrate the knowledge of the substantive law and its application into practice. It also equips them with experience in performing various lawyering activities such as interviewing clients, gathering facts, legal research, advocacy, managing cases, preparing oral or written advice and negotiating on behalf of a client. Students are further provided with a practical understanding of the professional conduct for the legal profession and essential values of the legal profession such as promotion of justice, fairness, morality and professional self-development.
Public International Law IL introduces students with the rules and principles that are legally binding on states in their relations with each other, and binding international organisations and also on individuals to some extent. The Course covers different topics such as the sources of international, subjects of international Law, the Law of treaties, the relationship between International Law and domestic Law, Jurisdiction and Immunities, state responsibility, the use of force, The law of sea, International Dispute settlement, etc.
