Trimester 1

This module aims to equip students with knowledge about what ICTs are, what they do; how they are used by journalists and how students can use them as tools in both professional journalistic work and academic writing. The module involves practical application of a computer, Internet and mobile based tools and platforms for information gathering, processing, and dissemination to various audiences as well as other media productions.

This module introduces you (students) to the fields of  Media and Communication. As students of this field, this is the beginning of your journey to learning and understanding the nitty grits of your call and what you will become.
