This module is designed for fourth year students specializing in Human Resource Management. It aims at imparting the knowledge and skills required by students of Human Resource Management. In this case the objective is to make the student understand the philosophy of International Human Resources Management, principles and skills necessary for the management of international staff in global setting.
Here a student should equally understand the cross-cultural environment where there is a convergence of local, regional and international staff to enhance productivity of the organization. A student will also acquire a perspective of how he or she can develop progressively carrier growth up to professional with international status .
