Trim II

Brief description of aims and content

In this course the students will learn about wind energy and associated technologies that govern its generation, transmission and applications besides the design and control of wind energy systems. In the same veiu students will also learn about biomass energy, its resources and production, its conversion to heat, electricity and to biofuels. Topics to be covered include Rotors, Windmill heads, transmission, generators and biomass conversion technologies.
