This course will build on Real Estate Finance I and explore concepts of finance on a macro-level. It will analyze the concept of money and derive from it means and ways of real estate investment. It will furthermore explore the local context of Real Estate Investment in Rwanda
Urban Economics builds upon the student's prior knowledge of both macro and micro-economic theory. The subject content comprises the advance principles of land use economics and analysis of changing spatial patterns of urban economic activity. The module structure is designed to impart knowledge relating to the development of urban settlements in their regional setting.
This course is to enable students apply the basic valuation knowledge and skills acquired into solving real practical valuations assignments
