Semester 2

The aim of the module is to equip students with the understanding of environment, the relationship between its components, the impacts of exploitation of environment, and strategies for efficient use of environment oriented towards sustainable development.

Having successfully completed the module, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of:

• Global and local keys environmental problems: the basic environmental principles, varied types of ecosystem, current environmental issues, anthropogenic activities that threat the environment
• Impact on the environment in every aspect of corporate activities, production, distribution, and make the best efforts to conserve and improve the environment.
