HERBS & SPICES:

This course is entitled to update the students about the global distribution of both Herbs and Spices, the role of these commodities, the history of the crops,, then production & utilization of herbs & spices plus commercial value of these particular crops.

The module aims at providing students with knowledge and skills in Horticulture Plant Identification and Propagation, Nursery Stock Production and Management. The module will give an overview of nursery industry, concepts and principles of production and management, and finally aim at classifying and naming of horticultural plants.
