This module introduces students to the fundamentals of real estate marketing and focuses on the concepts, principles, and practices in marketing and leasing of various types of real estate properties. It also aims to provide the student with a comprehensive introduction to key issues in and approaches to the analysis of regional commercial real estate markets and in particular to examine the functioning and principal characteristics of East Africa’s major commercial real estate sectors and markets.
The module is will help students to develop the basic management principles relating to crop, livestock, financial, and machinery management, understand the strengths and weaknesses of production systems and the factors affecting production, develop skills for business planning and evaluation. It has 2 components: Fundamentals of Business Management and Farm Operation managementÂ
The aim of this module is to equip student with
knowledge, skills, and attitude enabling him/her to manage patients with common
microbiological and parasitic diseases. It will help learners to understand the characteristic of microbiological and parasitic diseases and their specific interactions with human body as the basis to recognize the signs, symptoms, and their epidemiological features as well as decide the required diagnostic investigations and management including preventive measures at different levels of health care system.
This module describes the process of early development of the embryo in domestic animals from egg fertilization, blastulation, implantation and gastrulation.
