Semester 4

The purpose of this course is to critically examine theory, principles and exemplars of transformative nursing practice in Rwanda related to individual performance; multidisciplinary teams; organizational, health system and societal processes; and teaching/learning/pedagogy. Graduates are prepared to lead individual, team, and system change in community, healthcare, or educational settings in Rwanda.
