 Welcome to Essentials of Medical-Surgical Nursing Module

This module uses a systems approach to address specific medical-surgical pathophysiological conditions and their clinical management related to the care of conditions commonly experienced in Rwanda. Emphasis is on utilization of technology, comfort measures, sedation, and other symptom control strategies, and integrating knowledge of pathophysiology and specialized nurse competencies.
