Course image HRM2231: MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE
Trimester 2

The module is for 10 credits, the purpose is to examine and critically assess a number of change models, approaches and methodologies that set out to explain the management of change in an organizational context. The course provides change frameworks and tools for introducing and sustaining organizational change and provides opportunities to apply the material in different change situations.

The module learning outcomes are:

1. Identify and select appropriate change management approaches.

2. Understand change management approaches

3. Get familiar with different change paradigms and concepts of change, as well as different change management models

4. Understand and Interpret change theory and research in an organizational context
