Dear students,

Welcome to this interesting module entitled "LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS" of 10 credits and  HRM 4132 as module code.The module contains two parts : the first introduces the leadership skills while the second concerns supervisory skills.

This module introduces the students to what being an effective Leader is all about. From their mindset and skills through to their behaviors and competencies, this module will provide the student with actionable tool and strategies to become a better Leader in Business, in the studies and in life in general.

The module also will help you adjust to a new role supervisor and apply supervisory skills to new leadership position : learn to plan, organize lead as you manage effective meeting, apply decision making tools and identify opportunities when solving problem.  The module also covers effective delegation of work and how to meet customer expectation.
