This module aims at imparting the knowledge and skills required by the students on results oriented management(ROM). Specifically, the objective is to make the student to understand the philosophy of ROM skills. Student will be made to understand the steps involved in results oriented management; assess poverty needs and conditions within the community; define a clear agency anti-poverty mission for community action and a strategy to address those needs, both immediate and longer term,. This will done in the context of existing resources and opportunities in the community. in order to identify specific improvements or results  to be achieved among the low income people in the community. It will also enable the learner to acquire skills for organizing and implementing programs , services, and activities such as advocacy within the agency and  among "partnering"  organizations so as to achieve anticipated results.
