Introduces the basic principles governing transmission of light and its interaction with optical media
Introduces mathematics used in optical prescriptions, manufacturing and dispensing of lenses.
Optical models of the human eye are presented in order to study the optics of myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism
to evaluate soil fertility parameter under different agroforestry species and their effect on crop productivity. inGishwati – Mukura landscape
In Rwanda especially Gishwati-Mukura forest was continuing deforestated and plant diversity losses ,in part due to the settlement and land use practices, namely deforestation and human agricultural activity
Basically cassava is important food crops in the world as well as in Rwanda. Its grown by numerous smollhoders farmers for consumption . However this crop still constrained with lower production due to mosaic diseases mainly cassava mosaic. Therefore based on this challenge prompt me to make evaluation of damage of cassava mosaic diseases for further propose sustainable control measure. Â
Carbon mitigation through the regrowth and protection of largely natural forests has the potential for the greatest environmental benefits in terms of ecosystem services and biodiversity protection, while still providing significant long-term storage(Courard-Hauri, Chancellor, Rundus, & Boland, 2016). Among the recent efforts towards enhancing, the government of Rwanda has embarked on a vigorous afforestation program, aiming to achieve 30% forest cover by 2020(Official et al., 2014).
Â
Land use change from natural forests to perennial or annual crops in the tropical regions has been implicated as the major cause for the depletion of soil fertilty and food security decline
