This is a four-week module. Its main objective is to provide students with the four language skills. They will be able to write short essays, listen to authentic materials,  summarize and synthesize information from a reading  and make short presentation on a variety of topics.

The course aims at equiping students with language skills for academic purposes. These skills focus mainly on academic writing and academic reading. The two main skills will enable students to read critically in order to write critically.

This module aims at improving the year two 

The current module intends to equip learners with knowledge which will enable them to perform well in their academic works.

Providing students with the four integrated skills, including listening to conversations among people with diffrent accents, writing short essays, making presentations, giving one's opinions on a variety of subjects.

This module intends to provide to students skills and knowledge to communicate correctly and fluently,

it has many components focussing on listening, speaking, writing and reading.

Designed to be delivered to all year 1 students, this module will focus on academic reading, listening, speaking & essay writing. The aim will be to familiarize students with reading, listening and speaking skills and practices for academic purpose. More specifically, writing will mainly focus on tasks and exercises involving mechanics of essay writing. In addition, practical exercises will be related to students’ area of study.

French for specific purposes is a module for french learners, who have an intermediate level in general French.

This module is meant for year three students. It equips students with skills and knowledge needed for thier different academic activities.

The course aims at equiping students with English vocabulary commonly used in Business.

This course is a compulsory module and is taught in year 2. It focuses on the study area of the students is taught trough the four language skills which are listening, reading, writing and speaking. What makes this module specific is mainly reading and listening.

This Module has been designed to support students in their academic situation communication in English Language, with emphasis put on their respective areas of specialisation. it will equip university students with linguistic abilities that will allow them engage in effective communication in their special fields of study. They will also benefit from getting familiar with technical terminologies involved in their subjects of study.
