This module introduces you to three fields: Demography; Statistics; and Economics. You will learn the fundamentals of those fields of social sciences and you will discuss the role of knowledge in those fields in governance and leadership practice.
This module of Fundamentals of Law is aimed at making students understand the basic concepts used in the domain of Law, legal principles and legal reasoning applied in this field. The legal knowledge acquired allows to discuss the legal cases and practicise in the line of resolving social conflicts based on rule of law.
Learining outcomes of the module:
1. To understand and explain basic elements of Law.
2. To conduct specific study on the different domains of law
3. To discuss and analyse the principles of social security law.
4. To discuss the main elements of Administrative and constitutional Law
Structure
This module has five units.
Unit one comprises concepts, principles, rule of law and its characteristics.
Unit two is focused on different domaines of law: public and private law, branches od law and their differns sources
Unit three is about labor and law of social security. he concern of this unit is the resolution of social confits related to the labor and the regulation concerning herat insurance
Unit four is about the Administrative law. I explores the regulation of public administration and administrative acts;
Unit 5 analyses the constitution as the supreme law that regulates the public institutions and their fuctioning.
