The module aims at introducing students to the general background of demography and population studies and teaches them some basic demographic skills such as the calculation of rates and ratios, the construction of the population pyramid and the basic demographic equation. Students will understand the consequences of demographic levels and trends for the age and sex composition.
This module introduces to the students about the role and significance of accounting information and the fundamentals and basic accounting procedures, accounting principles, accounting concepts, assumptions and conventions, accounting cycle, which are involved in the production of a business entity’s financial statements and enabling the students to understand the basic language of the business, accounting as a science in addition to gain knowledge of recording of business transactions, measurement of business performance and the assessment of financial position of the organizations.
This Module deals with the elementary of statistics which are the users in management and functioning of market economy and determination of the statistical parametric based on the principals of descriptive statistics. It helps to develop the students analytical abilities to deal with problems relating to statistical investigations within the firm.
